As seen in my Canine Trapping Video, super stakes "bullet stakes" with 16" of #2 chain. Easy to install and will last for many, many seasons. Great for use in any soil type. In hard soil types, drive about 10" the excess chain curls in the trap bed. No more fighting a cable stake end sticking up out of the ground. In soft soil types, drive 16". The bullet stake end is attached with an HD S-hook and welded shut to prevent opening when pulling. Attach to trap using a 6 ga. HD J-hook. you may choose to weld this connection but not needed. When pulling hook the chain below the connection point. Been using this set up for 3 seasons and by far the best I've ever used. No, it's not cheap but in the long run, you will save money. Comes in 1 dozen.
